Working with the leaders of the corporation, we designed Mahindra as an organization of the future, setting the group up to grow into a world class company. We defined the purpose at the core of the company then activated that purpose inside the organization: educating and training executives, engaging all employees with constant communication, initiating actions that brought the culture to life. We galvanized hundreds of thousands of leaders and employees, helped reframe HR strategies and recruiting of talent, and then we used the movement to engage prospects and customers and other stakeholders.
