Working with the leaders of SunTrust we designed a Movement to change the mindsets and behaviors of 30,000 employees. Then we took the onUp Movement to America’s main street. Six years later, the onUp movement has changed the culture and focus of the company, and with almost 7 Million participants, has grown new client accounts faster than at any time in the bank's history.
