Launching Truist Cares in the US

At the height of the COVID pandemic we worked with the leaders of Truist, the new bank created from the merger of SunTrust and BB&T to galvanize people to take action in communities across the country. We partnered with the United Way, the largest mobilization organization able to educate, house and feed millions of people during the crisis. The national program featured a full funnel marketing campaign, with Amanda Gorman, the first US youth poet laureate. The results included a 49% increase in donations during the period of the campaign compared to the period when the campaign did not run.
